1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns only under the following conditions:

Size issue (only if return request is raised within 24 hours of delivery)
To be eligible for a return:

Item must be unused and unwashed

Original tags & packaging must be intact

Return request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery

Unboxing video is mandatory for damaged/wrong item claims
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return/refund:

Products purchased during clearance or sale

Customized or print-on-demand items

Minor color variation due to lighting/screen settings

Orders where wrong size was selected by customer

Used, washed, or damaged products after delivery

Our team will verify the request within 24–48 working hours.
4. Refund Policy
Once the returned product passes quality inspection:

Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days

Amount will be refunded to the original payment method

COD orders may receive refund via bank transfer or store credit
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error was from our side.
5. Exchange Policy
We currently offer exchanges only for:

Wrong size received

Damaged product

Wrong item delivered
Exchange availability depends on stock availability.
6. Cancellation Policy
Orders can only be cancelled within 2 hours of placing the order.
Once the order is processed or shipped, cancellation will not be possible.
