Customer satisfaction is our top priority. Please read our Refund & Return Policy carefully before placing an order.


1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

  • Product received is damaged

  • Wrong product delivered

  • Product has a manufacturing defect

  • Size issue (only if return request is raised within 24 hours of delivery)

To be eligible for a return:

  • Item must be unused and unwashed

  • Original tags & packaging must be intact

  • Return request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery

  • Unboxing video is mandatory for damaged/wrong item claims


2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return/refund:

  • Products purchased during clearance or sale

  • Customized or print-on-demand items

  • Minor color variation due to lighting/screen settings

  • Orders where wrong size was selected by customer

  • Used, washed, or damaged products after delivery


3. Return Process

To request a return:

Include:

  • Order ID

  • Registered mobile number

  • Issue details

  • Product images

  • Unboxing video (mandatory for damaged/wrong item claims)

Our team will verify the request within 24–48 working hours.


4. Refund Policy

Once the returned product passes quality inspection:

  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days

  • Amount will be refunded to the original payment method

  • COD orders may receive refund via bank transfer or store credit

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error was from our side.


5. Exchange Policy

We currently offer exchanges only for:

  • Wrong size received

  • Damaged product

  • Wrong item delivered

Exchange availability depends on stock availability.


6. Cancellation Policy

Orders can only be cancelled within 2 hours of placing the order.

Once the order is processed or shipped, cancellation will not be possible.

7. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  • Check your bank account again

  • Contact your payment provider/bank

  • Wait a few business days for processing

8. Cash on Delivery (COD)

COD is available on eligible orders across India.

WearZyvexa reserves the right to deny COD on:

  • High-risk orders

  • Repeated failed deliveries

  • Fake order attempts


9. Shipping Damage Claims

If your package arrives damaged:

  • Do not use the product

  • Record an unboxing video

  • Contact us within 24 hours of delivery

Claims without proof may not be accepted.
